HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT The primary objective of the Human Resource Management and Development Department is to ensure the development and implementation of appropriate policies and procedures, based on principles of fairness, equity, transparency and accountability, that serve to promote the recruitment, and retention of a highly trained, motivated and productive staff to support the achievement of the Ministry’s strategic objectives.
