Public Relations and Media Affairs Unit Objective 

To improve public awareness and understanding of the purpose of foreign policy and how the ministry through its work assist in attaining Jamaica’s national interest.

The unit is collaboration with other government agencies, promotes a positive image of Jamaica abroad. The unit’s major conduit of information dissemination to through the media (public and private). 

Also transmit information to a range of other target groups and stake holders including our missions overseas, local diplomat community and agencies.
